MISSION STATEMENT
We are a community that believes in Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Only Savior of the World. As Our Savior, He calls us to follow Him and empowers us with His Holy Spirit to worship God in holiness and love. We believe that through faith in Jesus Christ, we receive the Holy Spirit who unites us with God, with one another, and with our pastors, especially our bishops and the Successor of Peter - The Holy Spirit leads us into a deeper conversion to Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Gospel of Life so that we may love one another and share His love and Good News with one another and the Community around us.
PARISH COUNCIL
The Church asks that a Pastoral Council exist in every parish to work with the Pastor to discern the guidance of the Holy Spirit in prayer and through the voice of the people in meeting the spiritual needs of the parishioners. This is a very important body that listens to the Holy Spirit to try to implement ministries and create a spirit of unity in our Parish, with the Diocese, and the Universal Church. We are always looking for people interested in contributing to make our Parish a more visible sign of the Kingdom of God among us. The Council advises the pastor on the spiritual needs of the people and works with him to answer those needs; anyone interested in joining the Council may contact the Pastor.

PARISH & AREA SCHOOLS
“From the first moment that a student sets foot in a Catholic school, he or she ought to have the impression of entering a new environment, one illumined by the light of faith, and having its own unique characteristics. The Council summed this up by speaking of an environment permeated with the Gospel spirit of love and freedom.” (The Religious Dimension of Education in a Catholic School, Congregation for Catholic Education, Rome, 1988.)
